The gap was obvious. Nobody was fixing it.
The Australian hospitality industry runs on some of the most complex operational technology of any sector — POS systems, booking platforms, payroll, inventory, loyalty programs, compliance tools. Most venues have five or more of these systems running simultaneously, and almost none of them talk to each other.
The result is a hidden tax on every venue: hours of manual data entry, reconciliation errors, reporting that's always a day behind, and managers making decisions on incomplete information. It's not a technology problem — the tools exist. It's an integration problem.
VenueBridge was founded to close that gap. After nearly a decade engineering integrations at SENPOS — across membership platforms, promotion engines, kitchen display systems, and Property Management Systems — our founder built VenueBridge to bring that same depth of expertise directly to venues, without the overhead of a large software company behind it.
